Graduation day — certified by The Breathwork Coach, November 2025
Harijs Deksnis
Harijs is a certified breathwork coach based in The Hague, trained through Lars Faber's year-long breathwork programme at The Breathwork Coach in the Netherlands.
His path to breathwork began through years of personal exploration — meditation, yoga philosophy, and a genuine curiosity about what helps people reconnect with themselves. Breathwork stood out as something uniquely direct: a practice that works with the body, not just the mind.
His facilitation style is grounded, caring, and clear. He creates a space where people feel safe to explore at their own pace, without pressure or pretence.

A note on safety and suitability
Breathwork can be intense. While many people experience deep relaxation and release, it is normal to feel physical sensations such as tingling, lightheadedness, or emotional responses during a session. You are always in control and can return to your natural breathing rhythm at any time.
This session is not suitable for those who are pregnant or have a history of epilepsy, severe heart or lung conditions, or acute trauma. If you have any doubts, please consult your doctor beforehand.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to get in touch before booking. There is no pressure — only support.
